About the Sanctuary...

The Mushing Mission Sanctuary is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the welfare of both the humans and the animals we serve. We seek to work with anyone in need, including, but not limited to, at-risk children, those struggling with physical/emotional/cognitive issues, and veterans. Our canine focus is specifically on Huskies and Wolfdogs (Wolf Hybrids).

Our work encompasses many therapeutic activities, from the arts to the outdoors to the building of human-animal bonds. Much of what we hope to do is in development as we seek financial support and variances for our property.

If and when we are granted a variance to conduct activities at our facility in Estell Manor, clients will have a peaceful and healing place to seek rest amongst the Jersey pines. Away from the chaos and confusion, the therapy center will include exercise/training pens, nature trails with reflection/prayer stops, and a counseling/learning center.

How you can help…

If you are lead to help us financially, your gift will be greatly appreciated. Please use the PayPal Donate button below. If you don't have a PayPal account, the link allows you to use a debit or credit card.

In the future, many opportunities for volunteering will open up. Dog handlers will be welcomed for outreaches in the park and for mushing excursions. We'll need people to set up fencing and training pens on property, as well as housing for the dogs, trail development, etc.

Thank you so much for your interest and, above all, your prayers. We hope our ministry grows to be a refreshing and comforting gift to those who need to rest and come closer to the Lord.
